Move beyond symptom management to discover a more authentic sense of being. I provide a non-pathologizing space to explore the unconscious, bridge your inner and outer worlds, and restore your connection to the Self.

UNDERSTANDING THE SELF

THE WORK IS THE WAY THROUGH

DEPTH APPROACHES HELP WHEN YOU ARE:

  • feeling un-tethered and navigating emotional unrest.

  • outgrowing your current way of being and seeking meaning during life's transitions.

  • needing to move beyond "why" a behavior happens and merely coping, to understanding the underlying patterns or recurrences that keeps the cycle in motion.

  • processing the deep unrest that surfaces when facing life stage changes such as mortality, career/education completion, parenting or the "empty nest."

  • shifting the focus from what you do to who you are.

HOW I CAN HELP

“I want to know and be known for whom I am.”

-Marion Woodman

  • Have you ever wondered why certain symbols or themes repeat in your dreams exactly when your life feels the most uncertain? Through dreamwork and active imagination, we explore the symbols your psyche uses to communicate what the conscious mind cannot yet name. This depth-oriented approach to dream analysis allows us to engage with the unconscious and uncover insights that support personal growth. By translating these inner images into lived clarity, we can move toward a more integrated and authentic self.

  • In the midst of life transitions, we often find ourselves caught between old roles and unknown futures. My approach involves identifying the archetypal patterns and internal blueprints that have shaped your life. I provide a secure space for navigating these thresholds of identity and personal evolution. By decoding the symbols and narratives of your psyche, we move toward a more intentional way of being.

  • My approach to is a trauma-informed, collaborative process of decoding the internal and external scripts that drive your life. We can bridge the gap between your personal history and the collective roles society expects of you. I help you move from reactive 'doing' to a grounded 'being' through depth therapy and inner work.

When we slow down enough to listen, the inner world becomes an ally in healing, transformation, and meaning-making.

ABOUT ME

Hello, I’m Tiffani

I help people connect to the parts of themselves they’ve lost, silenced, or outgrown. My background as a teacher and guidance professional shapes my approach to helping others. I believe a guide can only lead as far as they have been willing to travel themselves and and have dedicated myself to the ongoing study of my own psyche. This commitment ensures that my work with you is rooted in lived experience, allowing me to hold a non-judgmental space as you navigate your own internal landscape. Today, I combine that educator’s heart with a trauma-informed lens, helping others make their own journey toward wholeness and meaning-making.

FAQS

Answering your questions

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. This allows our work to be guided by your unique pace and needs rather than a diagnostic requirement from an insurance company. Payment is due in full at the time of service. I can provide a "Superbill" (an itemized receipt) upon request, which you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company regarding their specific policies.

  • 55 minute sessions are $125.

  • Yes. I offer a limited number of spots for those that need an adjusted rate due to financial need. Please ask about sliding scale during our consultation and I will send your the quick form to fill out to see if you qualify.

  • As a former high school teacher and advanced academics administrator, I understand the challenges that adolescents face. I work with older adolescents 14 and older who are navigating identity formation, college and career selection, academic and social pressures, as well as addressing the “big questions” that often come up during this phase of life.

A Note for Parents & Caregivers

For therapy to be a true "threshold" space for an adolescent, it must be built on a foundation of absolute trust. While I value the role of the family in a young person’s life, I maintain strict clinical confidentiality with my adolescent clients. This means that the specific details of our sessions are between the client and myself. This privacy is essential for them to explore their emerging identity and "internal blueprint" without the pressure of external expectations. I am happy to provide resources to help parents support their child’s development.

  • Perfectionism & The "Doing" Trap

    Life Transitions & Role Changes

    Anxiety & Emotional Overwhelm

    Identity & Cultural Conditioning

    Interpersonal Relationships & Family Patterns

  • My practice is not equipped to provide 24-hour crisis intervention. I do not offer support between sessions via phone or text.

    • In the event of a mental health emergency: Please dial or text 988 (The Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), visit your nearest emergency room, or contact the Travis County Crisis Line at 512-472-HELP.

  • You may find my approach resonates with you if:

    • You’ve learned the coping skills and the "tools," but you still feel an underlying sense of unrest, emptiness, or challenges in your interpersonal relationships.

    • You find yourself repeating the same relationship dynamics or career hurdles, despite knowing better intellectually.

    • You are curious about what your dreams, recurring thoughts, and patterns are trying to tell you.

    • You are in the process of stripping away an old identity or role and you need a grounded space to foster what comes next.

    • You are tired of the cultural pressure to perform and achieve the role you felt you were told play instead of being who you actually are.

  • Yes. I am licensed to work with any resident currently located in Texas via telehealth. For those local to the area, I also offer limited in-person sessions in Austin. You will receive a unique, private link before each session. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a quiet, confidential space.

  • Therapy works best when we are able to build an alliance based on your goals and intentions for the session. It is important to be on the same page with your expectations of the therapeutic process, but sometimes it is best to use your intuition after our first session. If it is not a fit, I can help provide suggests to therapists who might be a better fit.

When a Different Approach Might Be Better

    • Immediate Crisis Stabilization: If you are currently in an active crisis or need immediate behavioral intervention for safety, a more structured, short-term clinical program is often the first step.

    • A Quick Fix: My approach is built on providing space for slowing down with intention. If you are looking for a 6-week solution to a specific symptom, this approach may feel frustrating.

    • Linear Problem Solving: If you prefer a highly directive therapist that is focused on giving advice, my relational and imaginal approach may feel too open-ended.

  • Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, the "No Surprises Act," you have a right to receive a "good faith estimate" explaining how much your therapy services will cost. Please remember that it is an estimate and not a bill.

•You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

•Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

•If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

•Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
